St. Tammany Parish Tax Assessor - The Assessor is required by the Louisiana Constitution to list, value and enumerate all property subject to ad valorem taxation on an Assessment Roll each year. The "ad valorem" basis for taxation means that all property should be taxed "according to value" which is the definition of ad valorem. The Assessed Value is a percentage of "Fair Market Value" or "Use Value" as prescribed by law.
St. Tammany Department of Health and Human Services - The Department of Health & Human Services is the liaison between St. Tammany Parish Government and social service agencies and programs. This includes Louisiana Department of Health, area hospitals, nursing homes, American Red Cross, United Way, Volunteers of America, Habitat for Humanity, and many others.
St. Tammany Parish Library - The Library Board of Control and Library administration are commited to providing residents of St. Tammany Parish with library service of high quality. The Library will continue to expand and improve services to patrons of all ages.

Northshore Home Builders Association - Founded in 1977, the Northshore Home Builders Association (NHBA) now has over 600 members. Over one third of the members are home builders and the remainder are associates connected in some way to the home building industry, including suppliers, subcontractors, mortgage lenders, and real estate professionals. Upon joining the NHBA, a new member becomes a member of the Louisiana Home Builders Association (LHBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The NAHB is a federation of over 800 state and local home builders associations with over 160,000 members.
Habitat for Humanity St. Tammany West - Habitat for Humanity St Tammany West located in the Metro New Orleans area, north of Lake Pontchartrain is an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, a non-profit, ecumenical Christian housing organization. Habitat for Humanity works in partnership with local people in need to build and renovate decent, affordable housing. The houses are then sold to qualifying families at no profit and with no interest charged, allowing many to enjoy the pride and dignity of homeownership. The dedication of everyone involved, from homeowner, to staff, to volunteers, makes it all happen.
East St. Tammany Habitat for Humanity - In 1992, our local affiliate, East St. Tammany Habitat for Humanity began to serve the communities of Slidell, Lacombe, and Pearl River, Louisiana and had built 24 homes by 2005. In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina we have renovated 13 hurricane damaged Habitat homes and provided new homes for an additional 106 families. Since our incorporation, we have served 133 families in eastern St. Tammany Parish.
